On Christmas Day in 2015 it was seasonably warm in Beaufort, SC.

So we got in the boat and went to the beach.

In 2020 they wanted to build a resort on this island, but it turns out no one wanted that.

As far as I know there are no more resort plans for Bay Point, thank God.
